Amendment to the Agreement with Securitas Technology Corporation for Automated Access Control System Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Negotiate and execute an amendment to the Agreement for Automated Access Control System Services with Securitas Technology Corporation (Fishers, IN) to implement system upgrades through the purchase of additional hardware, software, and services, and to add two additional one-year options to extend the Agreement through June 30, 2029, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Negotiate and execute additional amendments to the Agreement to add or remove hardware, software, or services relating to Automated Access Control System Services, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(c) Exercise up to two additional one-year options to extend the term of the Agreement ending on or about June 30, 2029, subject to the appropriation of funds.
