Amendment to the Citywide Open Purchase Order with AT&T for FirstNet Products and Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to:
(a) Amend the Citywide open purchase order OP 66928 with AT&T (Atlanta, GA) for the purchase of as-required AT&T FirstNet products and services through CALNET to increase compensation by $1,000,000 for a revised maximum compensation of $4,500,000 for the current option ending August 7, 2026, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(b) Negotiate and execute additional annual options to extend the purchase order telecommunications services to support ongoing public safety communications and emergency response operations, subject to the appropriation of funds.
