Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute the Sixth Amendment to the Agreement with Applications Software Technology LLC (Naperville, IL) for a Service Request Management/Customer Relationship Management Software Solution to extend the term of the Agreement for up to two additional one-year option terms through November 30, 2027, under the same terms and conditions, subject to the appropriation of funds.
