As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on October 16, 2024:
(a) Retroactively approve the Mt. Pleasant Employee and Family Picnic and BBQ at Lake Cunningham Event scheduled on August 10, 2024, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(b) Retroactively approve the Dobern Neighborhood Association Litter Pick Up scheduled on August 31, 2024, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(c) Retroactively approve the Pleasant Ridge Neighborhood Association Block Party scheduled on September 6, 2024, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(d) Retroactively approve the Filipino American History Month Flag Raising and Lighting Ceremony scheduled on October 11, 2024, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
