Request for Travel and Excused Absence.
...Recommendation
As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on August 5, 2026:
(a) Authorize travel, accept travel payments to the City of San José, and designate Councilmember Tordillos as the City representative to participate in the Social Housing Field Study from September 13-19, 2026, in Vienna, Austria. Source of Funds: District 3 Office Budget and the Global Policy Leadership Academy.
(b) Request for an excuse absence from the regular meeting of City Council on September 15, 2026.
