Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute individual consulting service agreements with CSG Consultants, Biggs Cardosa Associates Inc., and Quincy Engineering to provide engineering and technical support services from the date of execution with an initial year term, and two additional one-year options to extend, for an amount not to exceed $740,000 per consultant.
