(a) Request for a retroactive excused absence for Councilmember Candelas from the regular meeting of Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole on September 23, 2026, due to authorized City business to attend the Cal Cities Annual Conference and Expo in Anaheim, California.
(b) Request for an excused absence for Councilmember Kamei from the regular meeting of Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole on October 21, 2026, due to authorized City business to attend the annual meeting of the California Local Agency Formation Commission of Santa Clara County.
