As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on June 17, 2026:
(a) Approve the expenditure of City funds for the City of San José’s participation in the Rose, White & Blue Parade and Festival as an annual July 4th community event; and
(b) Approve the solicitation and acceptance of donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to offset costs associated with the City’s participation in the event.
