Approval of the Community Leaders Networking Breakfast Event Sponsored by Council District 9 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on January 28, 2026:
(a) Approve the Community Leaders Networking Breakfast Event scheduled on February 12, 2026, as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
CEQA: Exempt, File No. PP17-011, Events that are temporary in nature (typically not more than 48 hours), generally take place within existing venues, and will have negligible or no permanent effects on the environment. (Foley)
