3.  Approve the District 4 Santos Family Car Show scheduled on August 31, 2024 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

4.  Approve the District 4 Mid-Autumn Festival scheduled on September 14, 2024 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
