(a) Adopt a resolution maintaining the Sewer Service and Use Charge rates at 2022 - 2023 levels, effective July 1, 2023, as identified in Attachment A to the staff memorandum. 

(b) Adopt a resolution maintaining the Storm Sewer Service Charge rates at 2022 - 2023 levels, effective July 1, 2023, as identified in Attachment B to the staff memorandum.
