Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Second Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with Envirocom (CPMS Contract No. 8557), extending the term from June 30, 2023 to December 31, 2025, with no increase in total compensation, for the sole purpose of allowing the consultant to continue providing industrial hygienist hazmat consulting services through completion of the Agnews Property Demolition (CPMS 7673), Milligan Parking Lot (CPMS 8820), Camden Community Center Improvements (CPMS 9414), and San José Municipal Water New Offices (CPMS 9813) projects.
