Amendment to the Agreement with Econolite Systems, Inc. for an Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures System.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to:
(a) Negotiate and execute the First Amendment to the Agreement with Econolite Systems, Inc. (Anaheim, CA) for an Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures System to add professional services for mobility modifications and increase maximum compensation by $11,870 for a revised not to exceed amount of $248,637 for a three-year initial term ending September 30, 2023; and
(b) Negotiate and execute amendments and change orders as required for any unanticipated changes for an additional contingency of $50,000 during the initial term, subject to the appropriation of funds.
