Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to:
(a) Submit an application to the California Strategic Growth Council for the Regional Climate Collaboratives Grant; and
(b) Negotiate and execute a grant agreement and any other related documents necessary with the California Strategic Growth Council to accept and receive the Regional Climate Collaboratives Grant, if awarded.
