(a) Accept the report regarding audits of body-worn camera (BWC) footage from San José Police Department Officers as part of the Police Reforms Work Plan.
(b) Direct the City Manager to implement random audits of BWC footage through the addition of 1.0 Senior Analyst position in the Police Department, with the first year funding provided by the existing Police Reforms Work Plan appropriation and future year funding included as part of the 2023-2024 General Fund Base Budget.
