Library Facilities and Customer Experience Plan Status Report.
Recommendation:
(a) Accept the status report on the Library Department's Facilities and
Customer Experience Plan, including findings and recommendations.
(b) Refer and cross-reference this status report to the City Council for
consideration and adoption at its May 5, 2026, meeting.
