      This meeting will be in memory of Teresa Guerrero-Daley, who passed away on April 7, 2019, at the age of 67. Judge Guerrero-Daley served as the inaugural Independent Police Auditor for the City of San José from 1993 to 2005, pioneering a model for fair and impartial police accountability and oversight. She brought those values with her in her role as a judge on the Santa Clara County Superior Court, where she served until her retirement in 2017. She is survived by her husband, Frank Daley, and their four sons, Peter, Ernie, Edward, and Jason.   Not available Not available
