It is an honor to recognize Thang for his remarkable story as a refugee who fled from Vietnam in 1975. He built an incredible life in the South Bay and left many contributions to our community including being a co-founding member of the Progressive Vietnamese American Organization (PIVOT) and for his outstanding accomplishment of being the lead architect in the first-of-its-kind Vietnamese American Service Center on Tully Road, a project he called a milestone of his career.   Not available Not available
