      In memory of Melchor Landin Ramirez, and icon that started a popular bakery in East San José. He founded Mexico Bakery, a small, immigrant owned business that takes pride in show casing our traditional Mexican culture. Melchor is admired by his humble beginnings and his giving heart to help the community. He has donated pan dulce and many other treats to our community for many years.
