(a) Report on bids and award of contract for the construction of 10416 - Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Package IV Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Pipe and Plant Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $1,249,140; and
(b) Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $124,914.
