1.  Adopt a resolution authorizing “Free Use” for the private, invitation-only USPS San Jose Postmaster’s Installation event held at City Hall Rotunda on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

1.  Approve the USPS San Jose Postmaster’s Installation Event scheduled on August 21, 2024 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.

3.  Place the item on the August 13, 2024 Council Agenda for action.
