...Recommendations
(a) Hold public hearings on San José Municipal Water System potable and recycled water rates and charges effective July 1, 2023.
(b) Adopt a resolution to increase the current San José Municipal Water System potable water rates and charges effective July 1, 2023, as identified in Attachment A to the staff memorandum.
(c) Adopt a resolution to increase the current San José Municipal Water System recycle water rates and charges effective July 1, 2023, as identified in Attachment A to the staff memorandum.
(d) Approve an uncodified ordinance increasing the San José Municipal Water System potable and recycled water rates and charges effective July 1, 2023, as specified in the resolution.
