Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute a Second Amendment to the Master Services Agreement between the City of San José and Faith Group, LLC for on-call information technology services, extending the expiration of the current term by one year to July 4, 2024, and increasing the maximum compensation by $346,000 for a not to exceed total of $1,535,000.
