As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on April 26, 2023:
(a) Retroactively approve the Fuerza y Unión Grammercy Egg Hunt event scheduled on April 8, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(b) Retroactively approve the Clean California Community Day Highway Cleanup event scheduled on April 15, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(c) Retroactively approve the Poco Way Día del Niño event scheduled on April 20, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(d) Retroactively approve the Great American Litter Pickup events scheduled on April 22, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(e) Retroactively approve the Fuerza y Unión Grammercy Día del Niño Celebration event scheduled on April 29, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(f) Retroactively approve the Mount Pleasant Neighborhood Association One ComUNITY event scheduled on April 29, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(g) Approve the Mexican Heritage Plaza Poetry event scheduled on May 6, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(h) Approve the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley American Indian Graduation event scheduled on May 10, 2023 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(i) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the events.
