Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a First Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. (CPMS Contract No. 8772), extending the term from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2026, for the sole purpose of allowing the consultant to continue providing engineering consulting services through completion of the Three Creeks Trail Extension (CPMS 9843) and Yerba Buena Creek Pedestrian Bridge Geotechnical Assessment (CPMS 10154) projects.
