...Recommendations
(a) Discuss, amend and/or approve the Mayor’s Appointments for each of the Standing Committees, as described in Exhibit “A” of the Mayor’s Memorandum.
(b) Except for appointments which the Mayor has sole authority to appoint pursuant to statute, organization by laws, or other governing documents, discuss, amend and/or approve Councilmembers to each of the Boards, Commissions or Committees and assignments, as described in Exhibit “B” of the Mayor’s Memorandum.
