Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the Third Amendment to the consultant agreement between the City of San José and HMH Engineers for the US 101/Blossom Hill Road Interchange Improvement Project to increase the total compensation amount by $96,000 from $5,792,500 to $5,888,500 and extend the agreement term from July 31, 2023 to December 31, 2025.
