Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement between the City of San José and the San José Public Library Foundation as the Fiscal Agent of the San José Aspires program in the amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for scholarships and the administration of the San José Aspires program.
