(a) Approve the Ceremonial Moment of Silence at the May 24, 2022 Council Meeting, and approve the City Hall Tower and Rotunda Lighting Display on May 26, 2022 in Remembrance of the Victims of the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) Tragedy; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
