Stevens Creek Boulevard Vision Study.
...Recommendations
Adopt a resolution:
(a) Approving participation in the Stevens Creek Boulevard Vision Study, at a cost of $238,006, to create a cohesive vision for Stevens Creek Boulevard, including potential transit; and
(b) Authorizing the City Manager, or designee to negotiate and execute funding agreements with the City of Santa Clara, City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to develop the Vision Study.
(c) Authorizing the City Manager, or designee to negotiate and execute the first amendment to the Master City of San José Consultant Agreement with Iteris, Inc. to complete the Vision Study, increasing the maximum total compensation by $794,400 from $290,000 to $1,084,400, and extending the agreement term by 18 months from December 31, 2022 to June 30, 2024.
