Actions Related to the Purchase Order for Advanced Transportation Controller Cabinets.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute a purchase order with McCain Manufacturing, Inc (Vista, CA) for Advanced Transportation Controller cabinets for a twelve-month period, starting on or about January 12, 2022 and ending on January 11, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $750,000; and
(b) Exercise up to four (4) additional one-year options to extend the initial term of the purchase order with the last option year ending on or about January 11, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
CEQA: Not a Project, PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
