Thomas Fallon Statue Deaccession.
...Recommendations
(a) Approve the deaccession and removal of the Thomas Fallon Statue by artist Robert Glen located at W. Julian Street.
(b) Adopt the following 2021-2022 Appropriation Ordinance Amendments in the General Fund:
(1) Decrease the Unanticipated/Emergency Maintenance Capital Improvements appropriation to the Public Works Department in the amount of $450,000; and
(2) Establish the Thomas Fallon Statue Deaccession City-wide appropriation to the Department of Public Works in the amount of $450,000.
