...Recommendations
(a) Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 9.10 of Title 9 of the San José Municipal Code to implement the requirements of SB 1383, California’s Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction Strategy Regulations, and to more efficiently implement residential, commercial, and enforcement of solid waste programs.
(b) Adopt a resolution amending the Administrative Citation Schedule of Fines to reduce fines for the placement of solid waste containers outside of side or rear yard and add fines for SB 1383 enforcement as required by law.
