Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend open purchase order OP 57204 with Tucker Construction Company (San José, CA) for emergency board-up services for privately-owned structures, to continue and extend the term of the purchase order and to increase compensation by $330,000 for a revised maximum compensation not to exceed $815,000 for the period November 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022.
