Approve the Second Amendment to the Master Agreement with Ten Over Studio, Inc. for Architectural Services to:
(a) Increase the total compensation by $1,900,000, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $5,900,000; and
(b) Extend the term of the Agreement from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025 for the exclusive purpose of allowing the Consultant to complete work on the new Fire Training Center and Emergency Operations Center Relocation project and the Police Department-Air Support Unit Hangar project.
