Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute an Agreement for Consultant Services between the City of San José and Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) for the development of a comprehensive Vision Zero strategic communications and outreach plan in an amount not to exceed $991,700 for the initial three-year term, with two 1-year options to extend.
