Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend open purchase order OP 57204 with Tucker Construction Company (San José, CA) for emergency board-up services, to retroactively continue and extend the term of the purchase order and to increase compensation by $165,000 for a revised maximum compensation not to exceed $485,000 for the period between December 31, 2020 and October 31, 2021.
