Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the Agreement with Granicus, Inc. (Denver, CO) for Webstreaming Software and Hosting Services to extend the term through August 8, 2025 by adding up to 2 two-year option terms with the same material terms and conditions as the original agreement for a maximum compensation of $147,805 for the option term ending August 8, 2023, subject to the appropriation of funds.
