Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute purchase orders with Security Alert Systems of California, Inc. (Gilroy, CA) for monitoring, inspection, maintenance and repair services for fire and burglar alarm systems, to extend services for up to two additional one-year option terms for a total of three options through August 13, 2023 under the same material terms and conditions for a not-to-exceed amount of $900,000 through August 13, 2022, subject to the appropriation of funds.
