Retroactive Approval of National Donate Life Month Proclamation Sponsored by Council District 5 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on April 21, 2021:
(a) Retroactively approve April as National Donate Life Month scheduled from April 16 to April 22, 2021 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
