(a) Accept the report on the update on the Interagency Food Distribution.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute Agreements for Reimbursement of Food and Necessities Distribution Services with the following cities: Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Serreno, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, City of Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale, for various meal preparation, delivery and grocery distribution services from March 18, 2020 through September 30, 2020, for $1,958,446.70 including the amounts specified in Table 2.0 of the staff memorandum with each jurisdiction and based on the same terms and conditions.
