As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on January 13, 2021:
(a) Retroactively approve Holiday Grab and Go Community Event scheduled on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Leyva Middle School, Holly Oak School, Montgomery School, Katherine Smith School, & DJ Meyer School as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
