(a) Accept the report on the update on the Interagency Food Distribution.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute Agreements for Reimbursement of Food and Necessities Distribution Services with the following cities: Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, for various meal preparation, delivery and grocery distribution services from March 18, 2020 through September 30, 2020, for $2,480,000 including the amounts specified in Table 1 of the staff memorandum with each jurisdiction.
