...Recommendations

(1)                     Adopt a resolution adopting the 1953 Via Reggio Court General Plan Amendment Initial Study/Negative Declaration in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.

(2)                     Adopt a resolution approving the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram Amendment to change the land use designation from Mixed Use Commercial to Urban Residential on an approximately 1.64-gross acre site, located at 1953 Via Reggio Court.

CEQA: Initial Study and Negative Declaration for the 1953 Via Reggio Ct General Plan Amendment Project. Planning Commission recommends approval (7-0). Council District 4. (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement)
