Approve the First Amendment to the Consultant Agreement with Arup North America Limited for development of a Citywide Access and Mobility Plan to revise the Outreach Phase 2 and Data Acquisition tasks, increase the compensation amounts for the completion of these tasks, and increase the maximum total compensation by $320,000, from $1,364,000 to $1,684,000.
