...Recommendation:

1.  Retroactively approve Holiday Grab and Go Community Event scheduled on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Leyva Middle School, Holly Oak School, Montgomery School, Katherine Smith School, & DJ Meyer School as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.

3.  Place the item on the January 26, 2021 Council Agenda for action.
