Adopt the following Appropriation Ordinance amendments in the Subdivision Park Trust Fund:
(a) Decrease Future PDO / PIO Projects Reserve by $1,100,000; and
(b) Establish the Trail: Three Creeks: Lonus Street to Coe Avenue appropriation to the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Department in the amount of $1,100,000.
