Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute Purchase Orders with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Redlands, CA) pursuant to Enterprise and Master License agreements for the purchase of ArcGIS Geographic Information System software licenses, including related maintenance and support services, for an initial three-year term beginning December 31, 2020 through December 30, 2023 with a maximum compensation not to exceed $1,500,000 for the initial three-year term, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Negotiate and execute amendments to the Enterprise and Master License agreements for any unanticipated changes and to extend the agreements for up to two additional three-year terms through December 30, 2029, subject to the annual appropriation of funds; and
(c) Execute Purchase Orders pursuant to amended Enterprise and Master License agreements through December 30, 2029, subject to the appropriation of funds.
