2019-2020 City Manager’s Annual Report.
...Recommendations
(a) Accept the 2019-2020 City Manager’s Annual Report in compliance with City Charter Section 701 (F).
(b) Adopt Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Sources Resolution amendments in various operating and capital funds to implement the 2019-2020 Annual Report recommendations, as detailed in Section IV (Recommended Budget Adjustments and Clean-Up/Rebudget Actions).
(c) Approve the following position changes in the City Manager’s Office:
(1) Add 1.0 Director of City Manager’s Office;
(2) Add 1.0 Assistant to the City Manager;
(3) Add 1.0 Senior Executive Analyst; and
(4) Add 1.0 Staff Specialist.
CEQA: Not a Project, Files No. PP17-009, Staff Reports, Assessments, Annual Reports, and Informational Memos that involve no approval of any City actions, and File No. PP17-004, Government Funding Mechanism of Fiscal Activity with no commitment to a specific project which may result in a potentially physical impact on the environment.
