...Recommendations

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on September 30, 2020:

Consider and adopt a temporary urgency ordinance, and consider and approve a regular ordinance, to amend Section 10.32.140 of Chapter 10.32 of Title 10 of the San José Municipal Code to exclude any person authorized by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife pursuant to a depredation permit from the prohibition of the shooting of bows and crossbows in the City of San José.
